Health & Leadership Advisory for boards and executives in healthcare.

We help leaders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia lead with clarity under high expectations – and build organisations that stay healthy as they grow, for the benefit of patients, teams and society.

Health shapes composure.
Composure shapes leadership.
Leadership shapes culture.

Ambition at speed asks a great deal of leaders.

Healthcare in the UAE and Saudi Arabia is advancing with remarkable ambition: new hospitals, new models of care and a clear commitment to quality of life. This progress rests on people – on the boards, executives and medical leaders who make far-reaching decisions under high expectations and with little time.

When leaders stay healthy and clear, excellence becomes sustainable – for patients, for teams and for society as a whole.

The HealthLeadership sign: an open arch

A protected space for clear decisions.

Leaders need a space where they can see clearly, speak openly and decide well. That is what we create – like the open arch in our sign: a space that gives shelter without closing in.

Understand

We look at the people before the structures: energy, pressure, values and patterns of decision-making, in the executive team and beyond.

Align

We bring leadership, teams and priorities into line, so that responsibility is shared rather than carried by a few.

Anchor

We build what lasts: routines, structures and a culture in which health is part of how the organisation is led.

Germany and the Gulf · hand in hand

Learning from each other – and building together.

Germany and the Gulf have built their strengths in different ways.

Germany · built over generations

Statutory accident insurance since 1885, national standards since 1917, a national prevention law since 2015. Germany has developed its system carefully and step by step – and sometimes slowly.

UAE and Saudi Arabia · vision turned into reality at speed

The UAE appointed a Minister of State for Happiness in 2016 and adopted a National Strategy for Wellbeing with 90 initiatives in 2019. Saudi Arabia launched Vision 2030 in 2016, with health and quality of life at its heart. In 2021 a UAE hospital became the first in the Middle East certified to ISO 45003 – two weeks after the standard was published.

Depth and speed – each is strongest together with the other.

Learn from each other

Germany can learn from the Gulf's pace, its national wellbeing agenda and its openness to new technology. The Gulf can draw on German experience in prevention and workplace health – including what did not work.

Adopt what fits

Proven standards and methods – such as DIN ISO 45001, DIN EN ISO 10075 and ISO 45003 – can be taken over where they fit local structures, cultures and priorities.

Build anew together

Where neither model has the full answer – fast-growing hospital systems, multinational workforces, responsible AI in leadership – we develop new solutions together.

Hand in hand – with respect for what each side brings.

What we do

01

Executive advisory

Confidential sparring for CEOs, CFOs and boards on health, leadership and the quality of decisions – especially in periods of growth, change or crisis.

02

Healthy-organisation strategy

From occupational health to culture: a strategy that connects wellbeing with performance, governance and the realities of hospital operations.

03

Responsible AI in leadership

Advice on how AI can support decisions without replacing judgement – so that it gives people time and orientation back instead of adding pressure.

Few mandates, senior level, clearly scoped – and always confidential.

Who we work with

  • Boards and supervisory bodies
  • CEOs and CFOs
  • Hospital operators and healthcare groups
  • Leadership teams wherever responsibility is high and the margin for error is small

The UAE and Saudi Arabia have made health, wellbeing and quality of life national priorities. Our work is aligned with:
